PharmaSnap.AI is not medical advice and it is not a pharmacist. It reads what official documents say about a medicine and reads them back to you. Before you take anything, check with a pharmacist or a doctor — they can look at the real medicine and at your own history. If you feel very unwell, get help straight away. Do not wait for this app.

What the app does

You photograph a medicine, a pharmacy label or a health document. The app reads it out in your language and answers your questions about it.
You can give it more than one photo — for example a blood test and the medicines you take — and it reads them together in one plain summary.
You can see pharmacies near you, with a phone number you can tap to call. The app does not check a shop's stock — phone the pharmacy and they can tell you straight away.

What the app will not do

These are deliberate limits, not gaps we intend to close quietly.

It will not check one medicine against another. There is no approved source we can cite for that, and we will not guess. The app can read what one medicine's own label says about taking it with others, and a pharmacist can check your whole list with you.
It will not name a loose tablet from a photograph. Too many tablets look alike, and a wrong name is dangerous.
It will not diagnose you or choose a medicine for you.

What we quote, and what that means

Everything clinical the app says is anchored to a line from a document it actually fetched — an approved product label or a public health page — and you can open the list of sources on any answer. The app would rather say nothing than say something it cannot show you the source for. That is a real protection, and it is not the same as being right about your situation. A document written about a medicine in general was not written about you.

A match is not proof

Many different medicines look alike and packaging changes. What the app shows you can be wrong. Check the name on your own box, and ask a pharmacist if it does not match.

Free use and subscriptions

Some of the app is free. Paid features are sold as subscriptions through the App Store; Apple takes the payment and manages renewals and refunds. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use the app to give medical advice to somebody else, and do not rely on it in an emergency.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, PharmaSnap.AI is provided as it is, and LORDLY PTY LTD is not liable for a decision you make about your health without checking with a qualified person first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
