PharmaSNAP AI is not medical advice and it is not a pharmacist. It reads what official documents say about a medicine and reads them back to you. Before you take anything, check with a pharmacist or a doctor. They can look at the real medicine and at your own history. If you feel very unwell, get help straight away. Do not wait for this app.

What the app does

You photograph a medicine, a pharmacy label or a health document. The app reads it out in your language and answers your questions about it.
You can give it more than one photo (for example a blood test and the medicines you take) and it reads them together in one plain summary.
You can see pharmacies near you and open them in Maps. A pharmacy can pay for a labelled slot in that list; it is marked as sponsored and the distances stay real.
You can ask whether a medicine is stocked nearby. The app reads the big chains' own public websites and searches the web, and it tells you what a page said and when it said it, with a link. A listing online is not the same as a box on the shelf: stock moves, pages go stale, and the app is reading a website rather than counting what is in the shop. Ring the pharmacy before you drive anywhere.

What the app will not do

These are deliberate limits, not gaps we intend to close quietly.

It will not check your medicines for interactions. There is no approved source we can cite for whether two medicines are safe to take together, and we will not guess. Two narrower things do happen, and neither is an interaction check. When two medicines saved in your cabinet contain the same active ingredient, the app tells you so and asks you to check the total. And the app can read what one medicine's own label says about taking it with others. A pharmacist can check your whole list with you.
It will not name a loose tablet from a photograph. Too many tablets look alike, and a wrong name is dangerous.
It will not tell you what illness you have or choose a medicine for you.

What we quote, and what that means

Every dose and every other number the app gives you has to match a document it actually fetched, such as an approved product label or a public health page, and you can open the sources behind a report. Explanations around those numbers are written in plain words and can be wrong. That is a real protection, and it is not the same as being right about your situation. A document written about a medicine in general was not written about you.

A match is not proof

Many different medicines look alike and packaging changes. What the app shows you can be wrong. Check the name on your own box, and ask a pharmacist if it does not match.

Free use and subscriptions

Some of the app is free. Paid features are sold as subscriptions through the App Store; Apple takes the payment and manages renewals and refunds. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it with Apple first, or Apple keeps charging you. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. New offers are monthly and annual. Where the App Store reports eligibility, approve a 3-day free trial now and payment begins after it unless cancelled under Apple's displayed terms. Existing weekly purchases remain restorable.

Video capture and video imports are no longer available in the current app. Use clear photos of the medicine packs instead. The privacy policy retains information about video processing in earlier versions.

AI usage allowance

Settings shows your remaining credits and refresh date. Photos, questions and cloud voice share the allowance. Documents and fresh AI pharmacy research use the same credits. Complex requests can require more credits than remain. Free has 0 fresh AI credits. Basic medicine information, reminders, saved conversations and eligible stored-answer text remain free.

An active 3-day trial includes 50 credits once. Monthly and annual Plus plans include 150 credits each calendar month. Legacy weekly subscriptions include 150 credits each calendar week starting Monday; weekly is not offered as a new plan. Monthly and weekly refreshes occur at midnight UTC. Unused credits do not roll over. Trial credits expire when the trial ends. Saved answers remain readable when new AI work is paused. Credits are not a fixed number of scans or questions.

Credits measure estimated AI processing cost, not a fixed number of questions. Longer or more complex requests can use more. We check that the remaining allowance can cover a request before starting it, so a large request may not fit even when some credits remain. The app shows your remaining allowance and reset date in Settings. Subscriptions also remain subject to service-wide spending limits; new AI work can be temporarily paused. Buying again does not reset an exhausted paid allowance. Existing saved answers remain readable.

Reading a saved conversation does not generate a new answer. A new spoken recording, a new answer or freshly generated speech may use credits, even if a similar question was asked before. A short-lived cached answer is reused only when its context remains eligible.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not use the app to give medical advice to somebody else, and do not rely on it in an emergency.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, PharmaSNAP AI is provided as it is, and LORDLY PTY LTD is not liable for a decision you make about your health without checking with a qualified person first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
